Ingredients

One cup of wheat flour
100 gm Tofu
Onion Medium sized
Green chili
Ghee two spoons
Salt according to taste
Red chili ¼ tea spoon
Garam masala ¼ tea spoon
Ajwain a little
Cumin seeds a little
Coriander Leaves

Preparation method
Take flour in a bowl, after
That add slowly little water to make a Kneading dough (atta gunthein)
For filling
Chopped onion thin, add chopped green chili add Grated tofu then add salt,
Red chili (¼ teaspoon) Garam masala,Cumin seeds and ajwain ( a little ) Add
coriander leaves mix all the ingredients
Put the tawa on Gas Flame should be medium to high .Make a small ball of Plain
dough and flatter it a little and fill it with a mixture of tofu. Make a round shaped ball and take
a roller pin and start rolling the ball with the roller pin.
Put the paratha onto the tawa and cook it. Pour a spoon of ghee onto the paratha and Put it on hot tawa and cook for few sec. Flip over and spread ghee and flip over. Cook till cooked on both sides.
