Written Recipe:
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
6 Tbsp Jaggery
1 Cup Oats Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour (atta)
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions:
– Preheat the oven at 180*C.
– In a bowl, take bananas and mash them really well.
– Then, add jaggery and melted butter & mix well.
– Then, add oats flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder & whisk until well combined.
– Then, add milk and mix well.
– Then, add chocolate chips and fold them into the batter.
– Take a loaf pan, grease it with oil and line it with parchment paper.
– Transfer the batter into the loaf pan.
– Bake at 180*C for 50-55 mins until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
– Serve & Enjoy!
