Ingredients
(serves 4)

125g Lean mince beef
20g 30% Reduced fat cheese
1 Brioche Bun
150g Potato
50g Pineapple
1 Calorie Spray
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Red pesto

Recipe
1. Chop the potato into chip size pieces and add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika powder and low calorie spray. Give a good mix and add to in air fryer for 20-30 mins

2. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the lean mince, mix, and divide into 4 burgers and cook in air fryer. When there is 2 minutes left to cook add the pineapple and cheese

3. Plate your bun, add red pesto, add burgers and chips

4. Enjoy!
