COLORFUL BEAN SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 CUP BOILED KIDNEY BEANS
1 CUP BOILED CHICKPEAS
1 FINELY CHOPPED JALAPENO
½ TSP CRUSHED RED CHILLI
1 TSP SALT OR TO TASTE
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
2 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
½ TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1 TSP DRIED FENUGREEK LEAVES
1 TBSP OIL
1 TSP GINGER AND GARLIC PASTE
CILANTRO TO GARNISH

INSTRUCTIONS:
HEAT OIL ON MEDIUM HIGH AND ADD THE ONIONS.
SAUTÉ FOR A MINUTE AND ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND GINGER GARLIC PASTE
AFTER FEW SECONDS, ADD THE BEANS AND MIX THEM ALL TOGETHER.
ADD THE JALAPENOS AND ALL SPICES AND COOK FOR 5-10 MINS ON MEDIUM HEAT.
GARNISH WITH CILANTRO AND ENJOY.
