Gluten Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

2 Cups Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
4 Ripe Bananas (1.5 Cups)
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Softened Butter
2 Tbsp Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Baking Powder (Gluten Free)
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt

Instructions:

*In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed throughout.

*Next in a separate large bowl mash bananas and set aside.

*In a 3rd separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Add eggs, almond milk, and vanilla. Mix until combined.

*Add the wet ingredients to the mashed banana and whisk until combined.

*Next add dry ingredients a little at a time to the wet ingredients. Mix until wet and dry ingredients are fully incorporated throughout.

*Lightly grease a 9×5 loaf pan with vegetable oil. Pour all of the batter into the loaf pan. Bake in the oven set to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 55 minutes.

*Check if the bread is done by inserting a toothpick or knife directly in the center. If it comes out clean it’s done.

*Let the banana bread cool before removing from the loaf pan and slicing.

*Serve with an optional drizzle of pure maple syrup and powdered sugar.
