4 medium size boiled potato
1/2 Cup boiled and mashed green peas
1 grated carrot
2 tbsp spring onion
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Some mint leaves
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp grind poha
Oil for Shallow fry
