I don’t know about you guys, but just because I am following a health program throughout the fall months this year DOES NOT mean I will not enjoy all things pumpkin spice and everything nice!:) In today’s video, I am sharing my at-home healthy recipes for our Starbucks fall favorites: PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE and PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW! These quick and easy recipes will add a little bit of fall and pumpkin-spiced DELICIOUSNESS to your regular morning coffee OR a nice cold pick-me-up in the fall afternoons! With some small pumpkin additions and fun program-approved toppings, this fall-inspired coffee hack recipe is sure to become one of your new FAVES while on your Optavia Program just in time for PUMPKIN SEASON!

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTTE
1.5 condiments
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
2 espresso shots
1 C unsweetened almond milk (1 condiment)
1 tbs sugar free pumpkin spice syrup (1/2 condiment)
Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (optional)

PUMPKIN CREAM COLD BREW
1 healthy fat, 1/2 condiment
**Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
Black iced coffee (desired amount)
Handful of ice
3 tbs half & half (1 healthy fat)
1 tbs sugar free pumpkin spice syrup (1/2 condiment)
Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice (optional)
