RECIPE:
Ingredients:
– 4-6 potatoes
– olive oil
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– salt
– 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon oregano powder

Directions:
1- Heat the oven to 200 C (390 F). Wash and dry the potatoes.
2- Slice 4-6 potatoes into thin slices, leaving ¼ inch at the bottom unsliced
Tip: You can use chopsticks or 2 wooden spoons under the potato to prevent from slicing the potato all the way through
3- Place the potatoes on a lined baking tray.
4- Brush the potatoes with half of the sauce mixture.
5- Bake the potatoes for 30 minutes, remove the tray from the oven and add the remaining mixture. Bake for another 30 minutes or until golden color.
6- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
