Today I made turkey tortilla wrap! It was so easy to make! I spent 5 minutes to make it. This wrap includes deli turkey but you can use leftover roast turkey instead if you like. The wrap includes healthy proteins and vegetables.
Sprouted whole grain tortilla is used in this healthy tortilla wrap. You can use whole wheat tortilla. This wrap doesn’t include mayo or ketchup. I made a sauce with sour cream and Dijon mustard.
This easy and healthy tortilla wrap includes everything you need for a nutritious meal. The tortilla wrap recipe is perfect for kids especially for a school lunch.
NOTE: don’t put a lot of filling and make sure to roll the wrap up tightly. You can use any different ways to roll up this wrap.

spinach
thinly sliced deli turkey or turkey leftovers
diced hard boiled egg
diced tomatoes
diced avocado
any shredded cheese
SAUCE:
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt to taste
