– 1 Yogurt
– 1 Banana
– Granola cereal
– Some raisins
= AVOCADO TOAST =
– 1 Avocado
– Crushed red pepper
– Salt
– Olive oil
= HEALTHY PANCAKES =
– 1/3 Cup of oats
– 1 Banana
– 2 Eggs
– Optional ( cinnamon and vanilla )
-Coconut Oil
= OATS BARS =
– 1/2 Cup of oats
– 1/2 Cup of oatsmeal
– 1/4 Tsp of Baking soda
– Less than 1/4 tsp of salt
– 1/4 Cup of honey
– 1/4 Cup of sugar
– 1 Tsp vanilla
