* Elaichi banana – 5 small, roughly chopped
* Milk – 1.5 cup
* Apple – 1/2 cup
* Mango – 1/2 cup
* Pomegranate – 1/2 cup
* Chikoo – 1/2 cup
* Banana – 1/2 cup
* Mix roasted nuts – 1/4 cup (any nut of your choice)
* Honey – 2 tbsp (as per the taste)
* Saffron (kesar) milk – 2 tbsp (soak pinch of saffron in hot 2 tbsp milk for 10 min)
