Today we will cook healthy as well as tasty breakfast Bread Uttapam. Easy to make and delicious to eat. Lets cook bread ka uttapam.

Ingredients:

bread 4 slices
flour 2 tbsp
yugurt 2 tbsp
spring onions 2 pcs (chopped)
bean 4 pcs (chopped)
grated carrot 4 tbsp
tomato 1 small size (chopped)
coriander leaf 1 tbsp (chopped)
black papper powder 1/3 tsp
salt to taste
water 1 and 1/2 cup

Tip: If you have sticking issue and unable to flip it then add 2 tbsp of semolina (rava) in batter. Mix it and set aside for 20 mins. After 20 mins, beat it again for a minute before making uttapam.
