Maple Glazed Salmon Bowl ✨ Adding baked salmon to a bowl alongside some grains and veggies is the perfect quick and easy dinner 🥕🥦 This simple meal is packed with fiber, carbs, protein, and healthy fats.

100g of salmon contains 17- 22 grams of protein and besides that, the fish is an awesome source of healthy omega-3 fatty acids.

Ingredients:
– Salmon filet
– 1 tsp olive oil
– 1 tsp maple syrup (or honey)
– 1 tsp dijon mustard
– 1/2 tsp garlic
– Salt & pepper

Mix all the ingredients for the maple glaze together and marinate the salmon with it.

Air fry at 200 C for 7-8 minutes.
Or bake in the oven at 190 C for 15-22 minutes.

Serve with rice (or other cereals) and vegetables fried in olive oil. Sprinkle some sesame seeds an parsley on top.
