Extremely EASY and healthy bread for breakfast! Just a few minutes to mix
Let’s make fluffy homemade bread!

Recipe and ingredients:
160 g (1 cup) cornmeal.
40 grams (3 tablespoons) Sugar.
2 eggs.
240 ml (1 glass) of milk, if you do not have milk, you can use water.
Mix well.
Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, if you want, you can keep it in the refrigerator overnight and make it the next morning.
Take it out of the fridge after 1 hour.
Mix well.
150 grams (1 cup) all-purpose flour/wheat flour.
10 grams (2 teaspoons) of baking soda. 1 teaspoon of salt
Sift the dough and mix well.
Mix well.
Prepare a baking tray, I used a square mold, grease it with cooking oil.
Place in the center of the preheated oven and bake at 190°C (375°F) for approximately 25 minutes.
It came out of the oven and the room filled with the smell of cornbread!
Let it cool and cut into pieces and enjoy, very fluffy and soft.
It was delicious, our family loved it!
