It’s coming up to the end of the year and I’m looking to smash a few goals before it’s over! This is what I eat in a day to lose weight but honestly it changes everyday. I’m not counting calories at the moment so I’m eating intuitively and combining it with intermittent fasting has been helping me stay on track.
