🍽Ingredients
1 cup tur dal
1/2 cup moong dal
1/2 cup chana dal
4-5 garlic cloves
2 tbsp coriander seeds
2-3 green chillis
salt as required
1 cup chopped fenugreek / methi
3 tbsp sesane seeds / til
✨Soak all the dals for minimum 4 hours.
✨Drain the water completely.
✨Grind all the ingredients (except fenugreek and sesame seeds) together coarsely. Take out this batter.
✨Add fenugreek and sesame seeds.
✨Mould them in any shape you prefer and steam for 10 min
✨Fry with or without oil to make it crispy and serve hot with chutney
