Tomato 2 (deseed & chunks)
Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Sumac 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Pomegranate syrup as required
●Mix and garnish with roasted walnuts and serve.
FOR POMEGRANATE SYRUP
Pomegranate juice 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
●Cook till thick like syrup.
