𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀, including being a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, and antioxidants. My chia seed pudding is a fantastic way to incorporate these superfoods into your diet.

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲:
16 g chia seeds or 1-1/2 tbs chia seeds
3/4 cup milk of choice or 160ml of milk (make sure to buy organic)
20g honey or 1 tbs honey
📝 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘:
Please make sure to check your measuring cups it states 180ml for 3/4 cup however I measured it on the kitchen scale it calculates 160ml. I made my recipes with these measurements therefore mentioned for you. Also some people add 1/2 cup of milk however I find it makes very lumpy chia pudding which is not for my liking however it is up to you how you prefer your chia pudding.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝟰 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 :𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲- 𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁
63g or 1/3 cup heaping cup of chia seeds
2.7 cups of milk of choice or 640ml of milk
80 g of honey or 4 tbs honey
𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Mix chia seeds in milk and add honey then mix well. Keep this mixture to set for 1-2 minutes then mix again this is the only difficulty in this recipe because we want to make sure there is no chia lumps in our pudding therefore mixing couple of times before putting in fridge is essential. Now set chia pudding in fridge to set for at least 5-6 hrs or ideally over night,
Then add your favourite toppings to enhance the flavour of chia pudding.

1️⃣ 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴:
(1/4 cup diced mango + 1 tbs desiccated coconut)
2️⃣ 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴:
( 1 sliced banana, 1 tbs raw organic cacao powder, 1/4 cup greek yogurt)
3️⃣𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴:
( 1 tsp matcha powder, 1 -1/2 tbs vanilla flavour protein powder)
4️⃣ 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮 𝗽𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 ( 1 kiwi mashed, few slices of banana, 1/2 cup mashed mango with 2 tbs desiccated coconut)
