Chocolate Mocha Recipe
1 shot of espresso
1 TBS maple syrup
1/2 packet chocolate LMNT
1 TBS cacao powder
1 scoop of collagen
1/2 tsp reishi
blend!
fill a glass with ice and pour milk but leave room at the top to pour over your mocha mixture.
COLD FOAM
2 TBS heavy cream
sprinkle of chocolate LMNT
tiny drop of maple syrup
add pumpkin spice to your liking!

Butternut Squash Harvest Soup Recipe
3-4 carrots
1 large zucchini
1 red onion
saute in 1 TBS ghee
thyme, garlic, onion, and basil to taste! measure with your heart
1 1/2 cup chopped butternut squash
6 cups bone broth
2 cups water
add water and broth & bring to a boil then add 4-5 chicken thighs and lower heat to low with a lid for 40 mins.
add 4 chopped garlic
1 bay leaf
shred chicken & add 1/2 cup brown rice pasta & cook for 10-15 mins.
add chicken and chopped parsley!
salt and pepper to taste
top with Parmigiano reggiano – this gives it an umami flavor SO good!!
