Today I meal prep for you my top 2 favorite weight loss breakfast ideas. Eating these quick & simple breakfasts along side a healthy lifestyle and exercise plan helped me lose 25 pounds in 6 weeks.

Muffin Recipe:
Spray 4 muffin tin spots with cooking spray

DRY INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup of large flake oats blended in coffee grinder to make oat flour. Pinch of fine sea salt and ground cinnamon. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Blend all dry ingredients in grinder.

WET INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon fat free plain greek yogurt, 1tbsp sugar free syrup, 1 tbsp jordan’s skinny syrup for extra flavor. 1 large whole egg, 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites. Mix until combined.

slowly fold/mix dry and wet ingredients. pour 1/4 cup batter into 4 muffin spots in tin. divide 2 teaspoons of walnuts evenly to the 4 muffins. divide 2 teaspoons of stevia sweetened chocolate chips between 4 muffins.

pre heat oven to 400 degrees bake for 5 mins
turn down oven to 350 degrees and bake for another 5 to 7 mins depending on oven.
