Suuuch a good way to get in a bunch of veggies and protein whilst still delivering those classic pizza flavours! 🤤

This is such a good lunch or quick dinner as it’s INCREDIBLY easy to make and is ready in under 15 minutes 🤌🏼 it can also be made in the airfryer or oven!

You can mix it up and add different veg and/or protein if you want 🫶🏼

Recipe:
– Veggies: 1/2 Green Pepper; 1/2 Red Onion; 80g Mushrooms
– 100g Cooked Chicken
– 100g Pizza Sauce or Passata
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
– Fresh Basil (optional)
– 60g Grated Mozzarella

1. Add veggies, chicken, sauce, garlic salt and basil to a bowl and mix to combine.

If making in the airfryer:
2. airfry for 5 minutes @ 200°C and then add the cheese and put it back in for 5-10 minutes.

If making in the oven:
2. Top with cheese and and bake / grill for 10-15 minutes @180°C
