1 cup Semolina (Rawa)
1 tbsp Oil
Peanuts
Cashews
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Split Chickpea
1 tsp Urad Dal
2-3 Green Chilis
Finely Chopped Ginger
Curry Leaves
Finely Chopped Onion
1/2 pc Carrot
Frozen/Fresh Peas
2.5 cups Water
1 tsp Salt
1-2 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
For POHA:
250gms Thick Poha
2 tbsp Oil
3-4 tbsp Peanuts
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
8-10 Curry Leaves
3-4 Green Chilis
1 pc Roughly Chopped Onion
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Boiled and Chopped Potato
1/2 Chopped Tomato
Salt
Turmeric Powder
Lemon Juice
Fresh Coriander
