For Salad Dressing:
Mayonnaise – ¼ cup (low fat)
Greek Yogurt or thick curd – ¼ cup
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Dijon Mustard – ½ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
