1 cup flattened rice (poha)
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
Instructions:
Rinse the flattened rice in running water until the water runs clear. Soak the rice in water for 10 minutes, or until it is softened.
