Here’s a glimpse of what you’ll need for our Vegetable Cutlets:
3 zucchinis
A pinch of salt
1 onion
Olive oil
1 carrot
Green onion
Red pepper
Black pepper
Oregano
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of corn
1 egg
1/2 cup of flour
To cook these delights:
Grease the pan with a touch of olive oil.
Fry them for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.
