ingredients
100 g of white tofu that has been frozen and thaw it
300 g minced chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg
100 g potatoes cut into small cubes
50 g onions, chopped
1 spring onion, cut into rings
10 g ginger, chopped
10 g garlic, chopped
2 spring onions, cut into thin slices,
300 g Chinese cabbage, remove the stem, then cut into several pieces
500 cc of broth
1 tbsp soy sauce
0,5 tsp white pepper
0,5 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 red chili, cut into thin slices
process
-100 g of white tofu that has been frozen and thaw it. chopped coarsely, Mix the tofu into the minced chicken, add salt, pepper, soy sauce, cornstarch, egg, mix well. edd egg, potato, onions, spring onions, ginger, garlic, Mix evenly and shape into a flat ball.
-prepare a frying pan and pour a little more oil on it, When the oil is hot enough, put the chicken flat balls into the pan, fry until golden brown on both sides, over medium-low heat, Remove the chicken balls from the pan and leave 1 tbsp of oil on the pan.
-Add spring onion to the pan, stir-fry until fragrant,Add Chinese cabbage to the pan,  Stir fry well and add broth, Close the lid and cook until boiling, edd soy sauce,  white pepper, sugar, salt, Add chilies to the pan and stir well, add chicken balls, add spring onions, Close the lid, cook for 20 minutes on low heat.
-Garnish with green onions, turn off the heat and it’s ready to serve.
