Healthy, Easy, Quick and Tasty carrot salad recipe.

Carrot Salad_Kosambari:

Ingredients:

Carrot = 1 large -peeled
Onion = 1 small 0r small part
Green chilli = 1
Ginger = 1 inch
Coriander leaves = few
Fresh shredded Coconut = 2 Tbsp
Salt = To taste
Lemon = 1/4 large or 1/2 small

Procedure:
1. In a bowl add grated carrot, finely chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chopped ginger, chopped coriander leaves, fresh shredded coconut, salt and lemon juice.
2. Mix everything very well and serve fresh
