आलू, बीन्स के छोटे टुकड़े थोड़ा भुन लें. फिर इसमें प्याज, लहसून,टमाटर, अदरक, हल्दी, नमक, मिर्च, काली मिर्च पाउडर, धनिया , गरम मसाला etc डाल कर पकना है.
फिर थोड़ा सा पानी डाल कर पकन दें .धनियां पत्ते या कसूरी मेथी डाले.
