✅Ingredient needed for the Recipe-

👉Sprouted Green Moong- 1 cup
👉Green chilli- 1
👉Ginger slices- 2
👉Fresh Moringa leaves-1/2 cup
👉Water-1/3 cup
👉Salt according to taste (1 tspn)
👉Turmeric powder-1 tspn
👉Beetroot for Garnishing
👉Crumbled paneer for Garnishing
👉Masala powder- 1/2 tspn for Garnishing
👉Ghee- 1 tspn for Roasting

✅Instructions-

👉Take Sprouted Moong with ginger,green chilli and Moringa leaves in a bowll
👉Ads salt & Turmeric powder
👉Add some water and blend all the ingredients into a paste(Chilla like smooth Consistency ) using a mixer grinder

👉Spread the chilla paste over a hot iron tawa
👉Garnish with some crumbled paneer & thin beetroot slices
👉Roast with Ghee from both sides
