Chicken pakoda / chicken pakora

Boneless chicken 500gm (cut into small pieces)
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
White vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp
Green chilli 3 numbers thinly sliced
Curry leaves finely chopped 1 1/2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Onion 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup finely chopped
Rice flour 2 tbsp
Gram flour 3/4 cup
Water 1/3 cup(add little more if require )
Mix all the ingredients
Marinate for 30 minutes

Heat oil in a deep bottomed pan
Add the pieces in to the oil one by one
Deep fry them in medium flame until golden brown
Make sure its cooked on all sides
Remove the fried chicken pieces from the oil
Place a tissue paper on the plate
