Ingredients:
Broccoli
Ginger Garlic Paste
Garam Masala Powder
Chilli powder
Rice flour
Besan or All purpose flour / Maida
Cornflour / Cornstarch
Baking Soda
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice / Dry Mango Powder
Curry leaves
Water as needed
Oil for deep frying
Method:
Now boil broccoli in salted water for 3 min. Drain and set aside.
Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying, fry the broccoli till it is golden colour. drain in a paper towel.
Serve hot with ketchup or sweet chilli sauce
