Ingredients:
For Croutons:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1tbsp Butter
3 slices Garlic Butter,Cut into Cubes
For Chicken Caesar Salad:

1 Chicken Breast, boneless
2 tsp Olive Oil
2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped
3-4 Green Lettuce Leafs, torn into bite-size pieces
Garlic Bread Croutons
3 Black Olives, sliced
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
75g (5 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Creamy Classic Caesar Dressing
2 Eggs, boiled and cut into quarters

For Veg Caesar Salad
3-4 Green Lettuce Leafs, torn into bite-size pieces
1/4 cup Carrot, diced
1/4 cup Cucumber, diced
4 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
Garlic Bread Croutons
4 Mix Olives, sliced
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
75g (5 tbsp) Dr. Oetker FunFoods Creamy Classic Caesar Dressing

Directions:
For Croutons
1. Heat non-stick pan (medium flame), add oil and butter.
2. Add Garlic bread cubes. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until bread gets slightly crisp and browned from edges.

For Veg Caesar Salad: –
1. In a bowl add, lettuce leaves, carrots, cucumber, croutons, olives, cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, salt and pepper. Gently toss the salad, place it in a bowl. Serve.

For Chicken Caesar Salad: –
1. In a bowl, add oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Rub the chicken breast in the marinade and keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Heat a non-stick pan or grill (on medium flame) and cook the marinated chicken breast for 3-4 mins on each side. Allow it to cool and slice it.
4. In a bowl add, lettuce leaves, crotons, olives, chicken slices, Caesar dressing, salt and pepper. Gently toss salad, place it in a bowl. Top it up with quarter boiled eggs, drizzle some dressing and serve!
