Recipe:
wheat flour second grade 500 g
dry yeast 7 g
warm water 400 ml
vegetable oil 40 ml
sugar 1 tsp.
salt 1 tsp.
knead with a spatula, leave for 1.5-2 hours to rise.
Stir again and leave for another 30-40 minutes in a warm place to rise.
When molding I use premium flour. Place the dough into greased molds. Leave in a warm place to rise for 20-30 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at temperature
180°C = 356°F.
