INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3/4 cup organic canola or vegetable oil
6 ounces shredded carrots
1/2 white onion (peeled and chopped)
2 Tbsp fresh ginger
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Pinch of salt
Iceberg lettuce, for serving
DIRECTIONS
1. Add all liquid ingredients to BlendJet, along with shredded carrots. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients to BlendJet and blend for another 2-3 cycles, or until smooth.
3. Serve over your salad of choice + enjoy!
