here are another three extra recipes for you to try, sometimes we are busy or have no idea what to eat for breakfast, specially when we want to eat healthy, so please try this easy creations, they are super quick to make and very good for you 🙂
Oatmeal Pancakes
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup oatmeal flour or rolled oats
OPTIONAL: 2 Tablespoons ground flaxseed, & a pinch of cinnamon

1 small fruit of your choice
1 smal container of nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/3 cup or one serving granola ( check for your granola’s serving size, mine was 1/3 cup)
