They’re made with simple ingredients and they’re easy to put together, so you’ll be able to prepare them in a hurry. Plus, they taste great and they’re perfect for breakfast or snack time.
Ingredients:
3 slices bread
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsalted butter
maple syrup, banana or any fruits (optional)
Calamansi Yakult Juice:
5-7 calamansi
1 yakult
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions:
french toast sticks:
1. Cut bread into 3 sticks.
2. Combine eggs, milk & vanilla to a big bowl. Mix with a fork.
3. Dip each bread into the egg mixture & coat all sides using fork.
3. Add unsalted butter to a pan. Add bread sticks and cook for 3-4 minutes or until both sides are golden brown.
calamansi yakult juice:
4. Prepare yakult calamansi juice. Add water and chia seeds.
5. Arrange in a plate. Serve with banana, maple syrup and healthy drink.
