Healthy & High-protein Chocolate Baked Oats🤩 These baked oats are perfect for Halloween! They are easy to make and so delicious😋

Ingredients:
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1/4 cup gluten-free oats (60 ml)
1/4 cup (vegan) chocolate protein powder (60 ml / 30 g)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice (60 ml)

Toppings:
2 tablespoons (lactose-free) Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder
1 teaspoon (vegan) chocolate protein powder
1 – 1 1/2 tablespoon almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions:
1. Mix the mashed banana and egg together
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine
3. Pour into a ramekin or an oven-safe bowl
4. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes
5. Let the baked oats cool down for about 10 minutes
6. Meanwhile mix the cacao powder, protein powder and milk together
7. Top the baked oats with the Greek yogurt. Make a spiral on top with the chocolate mixture. Then use a cocktail stick to make a spider web pattern and enjoy!
