1 can of chickpeas
2-4 green onion stalks
2 cups spinach
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Blend in a food processor or blender, bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. Serve ith couscous, pita and tzatziki sauce!!
