This insanely healthy great tasting seaweed soup is a raw vegan recipe delight for anyone wishing to be super healthy.
Cara’s Sea Witch Soup
Soak a handful of green seaweed in water. Our favorite kind for this soup is Silky Sea Palm
Base
1/2 cup Tamari soy sauce
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1/2 cup ginger
1/2 cup garlic

Take 3 Tablespoons Soup Base and blend with 2 cups Seaweed water from soaking seaweed
Mash 1 avocado in bowl. Add into bowl:
Squeeze lemon and a pinch of celtic sea salt
1/2 tablespoon fresh minced cilantro
1 Tablespoon minced green onion
1-3 Tablespoons soaked seaweed
a touch more soy sauce to taste
Pour blended base/seaweed water over bowl ingredients
sprinkle some crispy seaweed bits on top
