Today, I’m going to show you how to make a no-oil chicken and potato stew that is full of flavor and nutrients. This stew is perfect for a cozy and comforting meal that will warm you up on a cold day.

Chicken and potato stew is a classic dish that can be made with different vegetables and spices. In this recipe, I’m using onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves, turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon to give the stew a rich and aromatic taste. I’m also using a special technique of burning some of the ingredients on the gas burner to create a smoky and caramelized flavor. This is a traditional method of cooking in some parts of the world, such as India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

The best part of this recipe is that it doesn’t require any oil or butter to cook the chicken and potatoes. Oil is a highly processed food that contains only fat and no other nutrients. To make this no-oil chicken and potato stew, you will need the following ingredients:

– Chicken- 500 gm
– Onion- 01 PC (80 gm)
– Potatoes Small- 6 PCS (200 gm)
– Green Chilli- 8 PCS
– Turmeric Powder- 1/2 TSP
– Garlic- 20 gm
– Ginger- 20 gm
– Cinnamon
– Black Pepper- 1 & 1/2 TSP
– Tomato- 1 PC (100 gm)
– Coriander Leaves
– Fresh lime Juice (Optional)
– Salt as per taste

The preparation steps are as follows:

1. Paste half of the quantities of garlic, ginger & green chillies.
2. Rest of the garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomato & onion burn on the gas burner. Let it cool down. Now make a paste.
3. Put the chicken into the pan & add the garlic, ginger & green chillies paste. Stir it well.
4. Now add a little black pepper & 2 cup boiling water. Add the potatoes. Cover the pan lid for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.
5. Now add the burnt paste of garlic, ginger, green chillies, tomato & onion & rest of the black pepper. Stir it well so that the burnt paste dissolves properly.
6. Add coriander leaves. Cover the pan lid for 10-12 minutes on medium flame.
7. Add fresh lime juice (optional) & again cover the pan lid for 2 minutes on medium flame.

That’s it! Your no-oil chicken and potato stew is ready to serve. You can enjoy it with rice, bread or salad. It is a hearty and satisfying meal that will fill you up with protein, fiber, vitamins and minerals.
