Chicken 250 gm
Add turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
pressure cook the chicken (up to 3-5 whistles ) in medium flame
Shred the chicken pieces
In a hot pan add oil
Add Onion 2 medium sized (thinly sliced) saute until Onion turns transparent
Add Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp Saute till raw smell is gone
Add Cabbage grated 3/4cup Saute for five minutes
Add Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
Add Green chilli 2 numbers
Add Saute well
Add Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Add Chilli powder 1 tsp
Add Pepper powder ½ tsp
Add Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Mix well
Add Salt as per taste
Add shredded chicken pieces
Toss until everything mixed well
Turn off the flame and set aside
Remove the sides of the bread
Along with this you can use the first and last pieces of bread and in a blender blend it well for making bread crumbs
Bread crumbs ready
Mix 2 eggs in bowl set aside
Prepare bread for making chicken bread rolls
Method one
Flatten the bread slices using a rolling pin
Brush water to its four sides
Place 1-2 tablespoon of filling lengthwise in its one side and roll it
Press its both sides gently with fingers
Method 2
Dip each bread slice in water
Press gently with hands to squeeze out water Dip in whisked egg and roll in bread crumbs
Deep fry in oil until both sides turns golden brown
Remove them into serving plate
