Ingredients:
– Raw Basmati Rice : 1 cup
– Fenugreek Seed : 1/2 tsp
– Water : 2 cup
– Roasted Peanut : 1/4 cup
– Finely Grinded Tender Coconut : 1 and 1/4 cup
– Ginger : 1 inch
– Green Chilies : 3-4 nos.
– Garlic : 3-4 cloves
– Salt : 1.5 tsp or to taste
– Coriander Leaves : 4-5 springs or to taste (Cleaned and washed)
– Cooking Oil : 1 tsp
– Mustard Seed : 1/4 tsp
– Cumin : 1/4 tsp
– Curry Leaves : 8-10 nos.
– Red Chili : 1-2 nos.
– Flattened Rice : 1 cup (Washed and wet)
– Eno (Acidity Powder) or Baking Soda : 1 tsp
