Italian Sausage and Veggie Pasta
1lb penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 Cup mushrooms
1 lb mild italian sausage
2 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
15 oz tomato sauce
Sugar, salt, pepper to taste
2 cups chopped spinach

Cabbage Roll Casserole
1/2 head of small cabbage shredded
1 lb ground beef
1 cup Jasmine rice
1 can tomato sauce – 15 oz
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 onion
2 carrots, chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp paprika

Oktoberfest Stew
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lb kielbasa
1/4 cup onion
1/2 head small cabbage chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 cloves garlic minced
1 can lager beer
2 pound potatoes, cubed
2 ½ cups chicken broth
1 tablespoons ACV

Chicken and Dumplings

Chicken/Green Bean/Potato Sheet Pan Dinner
4 cups chicken
2 pounds Cubed Potatoes
3 Cups Green Beans
Salt and Pepper to taste
Sprinkle Everything with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Paprika
Sauce
3 tablespoons butter
½ cup honey
2 cloves minced garlic
Pinch salt and pepper
