RECIPE (serves 2 – double the recipe to make 4)
– 500g Mince of Choice (I used Turkey Mince)
– 1 clove Garlic
– 1 tbsp Ginger Puree or Grated Ginger
– 1/4 White Cabbage
– 2 Carrots
– 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
– 2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
– 1 tsp Miso (optional)
– Cornflour Slurry: 2 tbsp Cornflour + 3 tbsp Water
– Crispy Onions (optional but recommended)

1. Heat 1/2 a tbsp of oil in a large pan then add mince, garlic and ginger and cook till browned.
2. Thinly slice cabbage & carrots and add to the pan and cook till soft.
3. Add the soy sauce, maple, miso & cornflour slurry and cook for a few more minutes.
4. Store in containers and add crispy onions before serving 😘
