Hi! Here’s one of my favorite breakfasts. These protein pancakes are so simple to make and so delicious. They fill you up and give you a good amount of energy and protein to fuel you for your morning.

Recipe:
1 large banana
1/2 cup oats
1 egg
1/2 TBS milk of choice
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
