Recipe in written format:
Ingredients: (4 members in a family can consume this quantity)
Eggs – 4
Grated carrot – 2 tbsp
Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
Chopped tomato – 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Salt- a pinch
Pepper – a pinch
Butter – as required
Bread slices – 8
Any vegetable oil – as required
Method:
Break 4 eggs with a fork and add to a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Give it a good mix. Add all veggies and mis everything nicely again. Take a pan and add some oil. Add a spoonful of veggie egg mixture. Let it fry in sim to medium heat for 2 min. Fry all remaining omelettes. Now, add a small cube of butter to the pan and let it melt. Add a bread slice and toast it on both sides. Follow same with all remaining breads. Serve an omelette with 2 bread toasts. Enjoy and dig in. Happy cooking!
