Notes :
1. This oatmeal is prepared with sprouted oats which are gluten free oats, thus they are high in protein than regular oats. However, you can use regular oats as well.
2. Always use Low fat Paneer for your recipes. How to check if the paneer is low fat : Check the nutrition label and the protein should be always on higher or equal to fat content per serve,
Ex- I am using paneer which has 9 G Fat but 12 G protein per 50 g serve.
3. Always use measuring scale to measure the veggies before you add in your meals. It’s always good to eat more abd more veggies but there should be a right amount to add them in your meals.
4. Workout is must to have natural weightloss and Fatloss. Otherwise, it’s common to gain everything you lost by diet restrictions.
