♡ HEALTHY SALMON BOWL RECIPE ♡
INGREDIENTS
* 4 salmon filets
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp oregano
* Veggie medley of your choice! (I used red onion, yellow squash, zucchini, and kalamata olives)
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tsp garlic
DIRECTIONS
1. Cover salmon filets with soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and oregano
2. Put in the oven at 375 degrees for 15 minutes
3. Chop vegetables and add in olive oil and garlic
4. Put in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes (or until veggies are fork-tender)
4. Enjoy with rice! ♡
