===== Ingredients =====

–In a large bowl

Whole wheat flour 200 g
Honey 2 Tbsp
Hot water 150 ml
Rolled oats 100 g
Salt 1/4 Tsp
Water 100 ml
Oilve oil or butter 1 Tbsp

–In a small bowl

Active dry yeast 1/2 Tsp
Warm water 50 ml
Honey 1 Tbsp

–Topping

Some oats & honey

===== Recipe =====

In a large bowl, add hot water, oats & honey. Soak for about 30 minutes to more.
In a small bowl, Add honey, yeast & warm water.Let activate yeast for about 5 minutes.
Put flour and salt into a large bowl and pour yeast mixture.
Mix until all dough come together.
Knead by hand few minutes & add oilve oil and knead more.
Cover dough and keep to warm place(I keep inside of oven. just turn on the light)
Let rise until double in size about 50-60 minutes.
Stretch dough & cover dough and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide into 2 pieces.
Dust some flour & roll the dough to ractangle shape.
Fold 1/4 each side of dough & roll for making flat.
Roll the dough from the end
Place on baking pan(Lightly grease) and cover it.
Let rise until double in size for about 30 minutes.

Preheat oven for 190°C or 375°F.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
