INGREDIENTS:
Bread of Choice
Sliced Cucumber (1 Cup)
Lettuce (1 Cup)
Arugula (1 Cup)
Sliced Tomato (1 Cup)
Chopped Black Olives (¼ Cup)
Jalapeños (¼ Cup)
Capers (¼ Cup)
Chopped Green Onion and Dill (½ Cup)
Cooked Chickpeas (1.5 Cups)
Cooked White Beans (1 Cup)
Hummus (1 Cup)
Hemp Seeds (¼ Cup)
Mother Raw Greek Dressing (⅓ Cup)
Salt and Pepper to Taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a large bowl smash the white beans and chickpeas together.
2. Into the large bowl add hummus, hemp seeds, capers, Mother Raw Greek Dressing, fresh green onion, fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix everything together to make the Greek filling for the sandwich.
3. Toast two slices of bread and build the sandwich with Mother Raw Greek Dressing spread onto both sides of bread, then build the sandwich from the bottom up with the Greek chickpea filling, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, arugula, jalapeños, and black olives. Add on a sprinkle of black salt for an extra kick of zestiness!
